Let's stay healthy together

  • Mason Jar

  • Banana

  • Almond Butter (Peanut butter also works great)

  • Oats

  • Pea Milk (choose whatever milk you like)


  1. Cut a full banana - put 1/3 of the banana into the jar

  2. Add 1/4 oats

  3. Add almond butter

  4. Add 1/3 of the banana

  5. Add 3/4 oats

  6. Add 1/3 of the banana

  7. Pour pea milk into mason jar

  8. Place in refrigerator overnight


I love this because:

  • ​Easy to make and perfect for a grab and go breakfast

  • Healthy and filling!

  • Works great with my college budget
